Trademarks & Brand Identity

THE SABIL, SABIL Institute, SABIL Tea & Healing, OmniPath, Human9, Masjid Salahadhin, Structural Reflection, and associated logos, word marks, and visual identities are registered or common-law trademarks of THE SABIL Global Ecosystem. These marks represent our reputation, quality standards, and the trust our community places in us.

Use of THE SABIL trademarks without express written authorization is prohibited. This includes use in domain names, social media handles, product names, promotional materials, or any context that may cause confusion about affiliation, endorsement, or origin.

Authorized partners and licensees may use approved trademark assets only in accordance with written brand guidelines provided by THE SABIL.

04

User-Generated Content

Content that you create and share within THE SABIL community spaces — including forum posts, comments, reflections, reviews, and creative contributions — remains your intellectual property. However, by posting such content, you grant THE SABIL a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Display the content within our platforms and affiliated channels
  • Moderate, edit, or remove the content to maintain community standards
  • Archive the content for operational, legal, and historical purposes
  • Use anonymized excerpts for aggregate analysis and service improvement
  • Attribute the content to your chosen display name or username

This license does not grant THE SABIL ownership of your underlying creative work. You may delete your own content where platform functionality permits, though archival copies may be retained for legitimate business purposes.

05

Fair Use & Permitted Engagement

We recognize and respect the principles of fair use, fair dealing, and similar doctrines that permit limited use of copyrighted material for purposes such as:

  • Criticism, commentary, and scholarly analysis with appropriate attribution
  • News reporting that references our content or activities
  • Personal, non-commercial study and research
  • Teaching in accredited educational institutions with proper citation

We welcome thoughtful engagement with our work in these contexts. We ask that any use beyond brief quotation be accompanied by attribution to THE SABIL and, where feasible, a link to the original source. Misattribution, decontextualized quotation, or use that misrepresents our positions is not protected.

06

Enforcement & Reporting Violations

THE SABIL actively monitors for unauthorized use of our intellectual property and takes appropriate action to protect our rights. Enforcement measures may include:

  • DMCA takedown notices and similar formal requests to platforms hosting infringing material
  • Cease-and-desist correspondence to identified infringers
  • Civil litigation seeking injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs
  • Criminal referral in cases of willful, commercial-scale infringement
  • Platform account suspension for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our platforms, or if you wish to report unauthorized use of THE SABIL material elsewhere, please contact us through our Contact page with detailed documentation.
