Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SABIL GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM, ITS FOUNDER, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, "THE SABIL PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PART OF THE SABIL ECOSYSTEM, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not THE SABIL PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, THE SABIL PARTIES disclaim liability for:

• Health & Medical: Any injury, illness, allergic reaction, adverse health outcome, or medical complication arising from use of wellness information, herbal products, fasting protocols, breathwork practices, dietary recommendations, or health-related content.
• Psychological & Emotional: Any psychological distress, emotional difficulty, trauma activation, or adverse mental health outcome arising from engagement with assessments, courses, reflective materials, community content, or psychological frameworks.
• Spiritual & Religious: Any spiritual confusion, religious doubt, doctrinal dispute, or crisis of faith arising from engagement with spiritual teachings, Qur'anic reflections, or contemplative content.
• Financial: Any financial loss, investment loss, tax consequence, or economic harm arising from donations, purchases, business decisions influenced by our content, or reliance on information provided.
• Educational & Career: Any career setback, educational consequence, or life decision outcome arising from reliance on our courses, assessments, or advisory content.
• Technical: Any data loss, device damage, security breach, or technical malfunction arising from use of our digital platforms, software, or technology infrastructure.
• Community: Any harm arising from interactions with other community members, including harassment, defamation, or interpersonal conflict within community spaces.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims arising from:

• Website content, blog articles, videos, podcasts, and published materials
• Online courses, educational programs, and digital products
• Self-assessments, reflective tools, and psychological frameworks
• Community forums, discussion boards, and live sessions
• Physical products, herbal formulations, garments, and merchandise
• Retreats, gatherings, in-person events, and community activities
• Consultations, advisory interactions, and direct communications
• Any third-party content, links, or resources accessed through our platforms

The cumulative total liability of THE SABIL PARTIES for all claims arising from your use of our ecosystem shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to THE SABIL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater. This cap does not apply to claims of fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

Nothing in this limitation of liability shall:

• Exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful misconduct
• Exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable consumer protection law
• Affect your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract
• Exclude our obligation to fulfill valid product warranty claims, returns, and refunds per our stated policies

If any provision of this limitation is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By accessing and using THE SABIL ecosystem, you acknowledge that:

• Holistic wellness practices, spiritual contemplation, and psychological self-examination carry inherent risks of physical, emotional, and spiritual discomfort
• Growth often requires confronting uncomfortable truths, challenging beliefs, and navigating uncertainty
• Herbal products, dietary changes, and physical practices affect different individuals differently
• Community engagement involves interaction with diverse individuals whose conduct we cannot fully control
• Digital platforms are subject to technical failures, security risks, and service interruptions beyond our complete control

You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that THE SABIL PARTIES shall not be liable for consequences arising from the inherent nature of the activities, products, and services we offer.
