Creating an account with THE SABIL is optional for most services, though required for courses, community participation, and purchases. Account information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our team. We will process such requests within thirty (30) days, retaining only information required by law or necessary for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Assessment results stored in local browser storage remain under your control and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share or synchronize them.

Payment Processing

Payment information is processed exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. THE SABIL does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers. We receive only confirmation of transaction success, payment method type, and transaction reference for our records.

All payment processing is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. For subscription services, payment details are tokenized — meaning the actual card number is never stored on our systems.

Contact Forms & Communications

When you submit a contact form, inquiry, or direct message, we collect the information you provide for the purpose of responding to your request. This may be stored in our customer relationship management system for reference quality and continuity of support.

We do not use contact form submissions for unsolicited marketing. If you subscribe to our newsletter, that subscription is managed separately and may be cancelled at any time through the unsubscribe link in every communication.

Email Subscriptions

Our newsletter and ecosystem updates are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and preferences may be adjusted at any time. We do not purchase email lists, scrape contacts, or engage in cold email practices.
