By accessing, browsing, or using any part of THE SABIL Global Ecosystem — including but not limited to SABIL Institute, SABIL Tea & Healing, OmniPath, Masjid Salahadhin, Human9, SABIL Garments, and all affiliated digital properties — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable legal disclaimers.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and THE SABIL Global Ecosystem. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of all services immediately. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.

THE SABIL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, program, or content at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our operations, legal obligations, or industry standards. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the website or direct notification where possible.

Your continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage periodic review of this page to stay informed of current provisions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use THE SABIL ecosystem for personal, educational, and spiritual development purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content without prior written authorization
• Using automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platforms
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any technological infrastructure
• Using our services for commercial purposes without express partnership agreement
• Interfering with the experience of other users or community members

All educational materials, courses, assessments, and digital products are intended for personal use unless a separate institutional license has been arranged. Multi-user or corporate licensing requires direct contact with our team.

THE SABIL maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines community safety, intellectual integrity, or spiritual respect. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any individual based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any protected characteristic
• Sharing, distributing, or promoting extremist, violent, or hateful content
• Impersonating THE SABIL staff, affiliated scholars, or community leaders
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or any harmful technological payload
• Exploiting community spaces for commercial solicitation without authorization
• Disrupting assessments, courses, or live sessions through disruptive behavior

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal from community spaces, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where warranted. THE SABIL reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation.

All content across THE SABIL ecosystem — including text, imagery, assessments, course materials, audio recordings, video content, brand marks, logos, design elements, and proprietary methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of THE SABIL Global Ecosystem or its licensed partners.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, derivative creation, or commercial exploitation of any protected material is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal action. Our intellectual property is protected under international copyright law, trademark registration, and trade secret doctrine.

User-generated content shared in community spaces remains the intellectual property of the original creator, but by posting, you grant THE SABIL a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, preserve, and moderate such content within our platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when registering or making purchases. Any misrepresentation may result in service termination.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations of content provided through THE SABIL ecosystem. Our materials are designed to inform and inspire — not to direct your life choices. You bear full responsibility for how you apply any information encountered on our platforms.

Minors accessing our services must do so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. See our Children & Youth Policy for detailed provisions.

THE SABIL community spaces — whether digital forums, study circles, retreat gatherings, or live sessions — are held to the highest standard of respectful engagement. We expect all participants to engage with humility, sincerity, and consideration for the dignity of others.

Community facilitators, moderators, and administrators reserve the right to remove content, suspend participation, or permanently ban individuals whose conduct threatens community cohesion or violates our ethical standards. These decisions are made with care and are not subject to appeal beyond the internal review process.

Confidentiality within community spaces is expected. What is shared in trust within our circles should remain within those circles. Violating this trust breaches community ethics and may result in removal.

THE SABIL provides all content, products, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

THE SABIL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, health complications, or reputational harm. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Kenya is selected as the primary jurisdiction given THE SABIL's operational base and founder residency.

In the event of a dispute, parties agree first to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within sixty (60) days, either party may escalate to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body in Nairobi, Kenya. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Class action lawsuits are expressly waived. All disputes must be brought individually.

THE SABIL welcomes visitors from all nations and faith traditions. However, we make no representation that our content, products, or services are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction. If you access our platforms from outside Kenya, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Currency, shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements vary by country. Users outside Kenya assume all responsibility for understanding and complying with their local regulations regarding imports, digital content access, and payment processing.

We reserve the right to restrict access to certain services in specific jurisdictions where legal or operational constraints apply.

THE SABIL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, threatens community integrity, or raises legal or ethical concerns.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, liability disclaimers, and dispute resolution obligations — shall remain in effect.

Users whose accounts are suspended may request a review by contacting our team. Final decisions rest with THE SABIL administrative leadership.
